About Us

Arce's Santee Tree Service is a family-run crew working out of Santee, with a long list of neighbors who keep us on the calendar year after year. Most "tree guys" cut corners, and Santee homeowners deserve better — that's the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.

Who's actually on your property

When you book us, you get our crew — not a rotating cast of subcontractors. Our climbers are trained on East County's specific mix of trees (eucalyptus, pepper, oak, jacaranda, and just about every palm variety in the county) and work to ANSI A300 pruning standards on every cut — the simplest way to make sure the work gets done the way we'd want it done at our own house.

What we've learned to bring along

Doing the work in-house only works if you have the right gear. We run our own climbing rigging, a 50-ton chipper, a stump grinder, a dump truck, and a skid steer with a claw — so a removal, stump grinding, and full debris haul-away all happen in one visit. No second trips, no piles in the driveway for a week, no surprise charges to bring "the right equipment" back later.

Why we stay local

We don't run a 50-mile radius of generic tree service ads. Most of our work happens within Santee, Lakeside, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, Spring Valley, and Rancho San Diego — places we know by street, not by ZIP code. That's how we can quote accurately, schedule realistically, and respond fast when a storm rolls through and the phone starts ringing.
